Nothing.. No supporting environment No work life balance Trust issues

Dislikes

Manager always listen to client he never try to convince them. And they dont have trust on developers. Manager has set the deadline without discussing with the developers. They didn't use JIRA for Stories. For each small and big task they will assign 1 or 2 days only.
