Job change
CCTC - 9(7.28 Fix) PWC india wfh for now base location- mumbai .
May call office going ahead
Working as an data engineer.
Current project- support reporting project using INFORMATICA and sql .
Offer in hand - Accordion India 12(11 fix) Hyderabad
Role - business associate 1.
Should I go ahead with this ?

My Husband’s Job Is Breaking Him🥲
I'm newly married, and after the wedding, I went on a vacation with my husband. He works at a very well-known company, as a specialist. Unfortunately, during most of our vacation, he was working on his laptop. I even overheard a conversation with his manager, who spoke to him very rudely even though he was on holiday leave. She expected him to work and her behavior was completely inappropriate.
Every time we go for a bike ride or spend time together, all he talks about is his toxic work culture, his boss, the constant workload, and how little he’s paid. By nature, he’s a soft-hearted, gentle guy, and I can clearly see that his manager is taking advantage of that.
He feels trapped in the job because he doesn’t think I’ll be able to support him financially on my own.
Please help me understand how to deal with this situation. I really want to help him.🙏

I've HR discussion meeting today at CitiusTech for the role Senior Software Engineer.
I've total 3 Years 3 Months of experience in the data engineering domain with current CTC 4.22 LPA. Offer In hand 10.5 LPA.
Current Location - Kolkata
Job Location - Anywhere except Kolkata(As CitiusTech does not have any office in kolkata)
