Absolutely nothing to like. Infact this company is trying to spoil the ethics of Human Resource. There is this HR named Hansini who told me that I shall be getting 1% salary of my target achievement. If I do 1 Crore sales they will credit my full salary which is around 1 lakh. If I do 30 lakhs I shall get 30k. Such a ridiculous company with such reeiculous people. I had been with TATA's before. JRD TATA once said, " The only Merit, I have is getting along with people" I don't know what kind of colleges these HRs are coming from. It is like they are running Employee banks, 1% interest on 1 Crore sales. Please be aware of this fraud....Read More
