The cooperation and proper guidance by seniors from AGM to GM level officers with innovative ideas and healthy atmosphere in the Branch amongst staff members did not make me feel when my superannuation came at 60. Sometimes I think I would have continued my job for another five years to enjoy the days with my colleagues.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

Apart from the comfort of job security, there is nothing much to like about working with PNB.

Extremely pathetic, sadistic and disgusting work culture. Highly incompetent HR team, which takes more than 4 months just to process house lease rentals of employees and more than 2 months to process resignation (without notice period). No need of merit for promotion if you are good at boot-liking. AGMs and above are given differentcircles and zones to run, which they run like dictatorship without any sort of responsibility and accountability. The list is way too long so we will stop here....Read More
