1) One sided communication from top to bottom 2) HR not supportive - If you discuss your concern with they, they will share the information with your reporting manager. 3) No-overtime and forced to work more then 9:30 hours a day and they will provide compensatory-off for the extra devoted time but not mentioned in the records just like EL, SL. 4) Poor Management 5) No growth opportunities - they hired people's by saying that they have Accounting work but thats not true. 6) the work they are doing required 12th passout not for graduates or post graduates. 7) Accountibility and responsibilities not defined...Read More
