There is less work life balance. Even at the fresher level the fresher needs to figure out what needs to be done for a task. No proper channel of work . If you are added to a project you are overloaded with works nd complaint from management is common even if you are giving your work. Reimbursement policy is worse. One have chase down the management for their own money for reimbursement

Its good experience to work with Protiviti. As because its Consultant firm we have great exposure to multi-domain industries

Dislikes

There is a bit lack in Skill developement and guiding for further hights in professional growth. It is happening but its not reaching to the every employee.

People not supportive some AD level and mgr level peoples do office politics they play with employees job , very disappointed with that thing.HRBP is very rude even not answering employees calls and teams feedback
