Great work culture. Good work life balance. Appreciation for good work. Good people can talk freely with everyone. Working on new technologies. No issues for taking leaves, they never ask reason. They are moving to a new modal of working like mncs which is good.

Dislikes

Policies are not transparent. No large scale projects.

You will always skill up but have to find solutions on your own. As no one is there with a lot of knowledge in any field. Courses are provided when needed.

I have to look after the entire project since every individual has been handling a two-three projects; Many times requirements from client are not clearly given so much work had to be done repeatedly which is hectic and irritating for you as developer.
