Great work culture. Good work life balance. Appreciation for good work. Good people can talk freely with everyone. Working on new technologies. No issues for taking leaves, they never ask reason. They are moving to a new modal of working like mncs which is good.

Dislikes

Policies are not transparent. No large scale projects.

Work Details

You will always skill up but have to find solutions on your own. As no one is there with a lot of knowledge in any field. Courses are provided when needed.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
