Office culture is great here., Supportive seniors , great staff .. Also you can take as many leaves as you want depending on particular circumstances !!

As a software developer., One cannot see themselves as growing and learning from your experience ., Alongside with low salary .. Working on Same old technology (ASP.net !) With same projects .. Also salaries are everytime delayed.. Moreover Getting your documents regarding joining , payslips etc. Is like winning a war here.

Working here is great for first 6 month., But after some time you are going to get bored because doing the same task nd program for different companies just by altering the name logo a company is obviously boring.
