I have spent my precious 8 years in the company,I am giving very true and genuine review about this company. You can’t like anything about this company,if you don’t trust my words then pls join and see the result and it’s my open challenge you will resign within a month.

Dislikes

All the things are in dislike category whether you talk about it’s work culture or treatment to employees or R&R or HR or top management. They all are arrogant, not address your query properly, and big challenge come when you will resign and ask for your clearance,200% sure or up to infinity percent sure it’s not going to be easy

Management is pathetic, they run after saving 200 rupees if it's junior persons responsibility and spend 20 lac also if any senior person tells them. This way may senior people had thugged the company but Management still not able to realise

Working culture, not allowing the hybrid model and from HR side not others activity has been organized like team outing, team lunch, etc. About appraisal feedback is next to very bad.

Worst place to work as there are very cheap level of politics. by management. Work culture is pathetic. Management following favoritism and one sided thought process. Kartik krishnan and Santosh Bhadkulle are few names among the management. HR head was personally vising to each department and was trying to manipulate the review about the company on social media by convening each of the employee. You should have to 'Chamacha' of the management to survive. Otherwise they will keep you in PIP. Do not make any mistake to join this third class company. Even after leaving the organization, you have to struggle to receive full & final settlement amount. There are other many things but I do not wanna to waste my time now. Dislikes

HR policies applies only to employees (specifically only to juniors). Management ignores their own policies. No respect for your contribution. Moneywise they'll think 100times to approve certain things, even people don't get laptop on joining day. Never recommend joining here
