1. Biobased product is future of country, so trouble shooting when doing work related to bio-based products is challenging and interesting. 2. R&D person has authority to do pilot, So that you can troubleshoot problems easily at pilot.

1. Culture is not that much good. There are team. if one team doing good then other team should generally support, but not happening here.

Manager's are useless. Mr Mahendra yeole and Mr Pradip Yelave makes toxic work culture. No Safety protocols are followed here. Even they don't have fire extinguisher on required places. Their reseption area is the only place which is they are maintaining clean but actual work place is the worst, some employee's working in Sewer likesituation, They don't have proper water drainage system.
