Initial work culture of Principal was very good early management used to focus on employees growth , learning with. No micro-management but starting from what you are wearing to what are doing everything is monitored .

Dislikes

No better salary hikes Micro-management Focus shifting towards cost cutting and being like service based company instead of product Not good for career growth Management will focus more on you wearing collared shirt with tucking instead of quality delivery

No HR - Employee colloboration rather blind trust on managers on even salary discussion. 5. No way to get individual Manager's feedback rather as group which helps poor manager to be still safe side.

There are many 1. the leardership is womaniser 2. HR is a p i ece of shit 3. NO job security especially for male employees 4. HR, Compliance and top management are useless. Do not take concernes seriously especially when it is from a male employee 5. They use PIP to fire employees. Especially under PGI ITeS Bu under Investmet Performance team. Good learning opportunities, supportive managers.

earlier, PGS was a good and employee friendly, But now with new PGS head joining the culture has really deteriorated. The new leadership is more into micro management and they are not at all concerned about the employees. They are introducing new and more ways of micromanaging like tools to monitor your screen throughout, pressuring you to work more.

I have been with principal more than 5 years. I like the most is the work culture. There are no cabins or cubical. All seats together

Company is loosing is culture. No ownership of work. Is moving towards service based model. Leadership works on the whip of US counterparts. Promotions are rare.
