I did like the culture of PGS before 3 year. Now in these days the function has been changed and only the relationship with our manager and understanding that is good.

The payment method and the promotion structure. PGS have a term that called Prinpay. That means you have to keep your 10% of salary deposited to company till a financial year. Once that year ended then you will receive the amt from that 10%. It depends on your and companies performance. This review is for Pune Medical Reviewer Team headed by Bhala. Work culture is very partial and favourism. Only few gets repeated promotion and rest deserving are ignored. Recently there were many layoffs at senior level, but one lady took advantage and she has made entire work environment hostile.

While Principal Global Services is generally a great company with supportive management, my experience has been significantly marred by my program manager, Tanishk Lakhani. He consistently targets team members by invoking the names of higher-ups, creating a hostile and stressful work environment. His incessant micromanagement and toxic behavior are making it difficult to stay productive and motivated. He is very good at tricking higher management with sweet words and a smile on his face, but he is a credit stealer and rude by nature.
