Worst work culture Worst management You will get lots of lots taunts You will get mentaly torcher Worst owner i have seen in my life Company fill with politics There are many flatterer of owner No job security No work life balance There is a WhatsApp group where they deligate you the tasy. Most of the the you will get task before you wakeup You have to submit daily report by the evening what have you done The non technical person will handle you There is a atmosphere of fear if you are new joinee you will understand this by an week in mechanical department old employee also feel this There is approximately 100 or 120 total employee with worker work here and when i left this company the employee code was around 600. They organised job every 2 months gap.
