The work culture is superb, there is care for one & all. Humans are treated like humans, not machines. The management looks after the team and one can feel the energy in the organisation like no where else. Job is secure as long as no unethical work happens, integrity is very high here. Company policies are relaxed and it's fun to work at PRESTO.

Dislikes

Sometimes aggressive targets are set, which become challenging. People take their working lightly which it comes to taking responsibility.

Work Details

I worked for 7 years at PRESTO, the team supported me and I performed and got rewarded amazingly well. I had to leave due to the relocation of my husband ( who is in the IT industry ), else it would have been my retirement company : -)

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
