At some point you feel workload but when i met Vishal sir they just clear all the things very transparently and open the map or career progression.

Leaves policy is against of employees, Holiday and off due to company problems adjustments on Sunday and it will be mandatory and if absent it will leave without paid, not entitled for leaves for 1st year and strict work culture.

Talking about perks at PressureJet you are always welcomed with new opportunities which is good for fresher.

Dislikes

Talking about negative side the HR policy are at worst and behaviour of HR with their employees is the thing which is needed to be improved. Also there is bond before which you can't resign.

Vision is good of Pressuejet. But to achieve it, i dont see they are doing anything fruitful. If every year staff keeps on changing,how will you achieve your goal Mr. Shah?

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics in top management and the management doesn’t address out issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow and no job security. No proper training to new joinees. Worst HR policies,they change as per their requirements.

In GA drawings - same work everyday & in NPD - copy from foreign pumps. Also 2 days for reporting the monthly work.
