The work at PressureJet Systems can be physical demanding. Employees may need to lift heavy objects. It manufactures high pressure pumps, which can be dangerous to work with.

At PressureJet, management is investing aggressively in all kind of Infrastructure. They have invested more than Rs. 15 crore for C N C machines. 9 axis Multitasking of Mazak (Japan), Large size HMC machine of Mazak, Large size VMC machine, Turn mill center of Dooshan, CNC turning centres, Lapping machines, total 13 Nos. of over head cranes. Complete manufacturing facility is dust free and air cooled. Day light is designed properly. Warehouse is having Vertical lift machine and over head cranes. Warehouse very specious, neat and clean. Entire office is air conditioned with more than 120T air conditioning plant. Company have their own Document management and work flow management software which is unique and efficient. PressureJet have implemented ORACLE EBS ERP system which is World renowned erp for finance, supply chain and manufacturing. Company have a 50 seat theater for training of people. PressureJet has introduced a concept of SYSTEMATIC LEARNING PROGRAM for the growth of their all level of people.

My overall experience is very good. This is the place to learn and grow as Management gives full authority to take even big decisions. Several employees had sent to Japan, Italy, China so that they can explore the world. Health and safety is a concern for company. Salary is always done in time. Financially very sound company. Lots of investment is done and creating world class infrastructure. Product Quality is No. 1 in India and customer satisfaction is also good. Company needs to improve their hiring process. Few rotten mango spoils all mangoes. Expectations from employees are much more. Mr. Vishal Shah should understand that everybody is not a businessman, otherwise everybody is doing business and not coming to do job. Management should hire experience managers instead of giving responsibilities to juniors (3 to 5 years) and inexperienced people. Too much dependant on junior people. Regular performance evaluation and promotions is required which management does not do properly and suddenly (after longtime) rates negative. Due to this employees feel bad. Management should do regular performance review, so that employees get chance to improve. Management should not expect high performance from everyone. Purchase department is very weak.
