Firm is Siemens System House/ Channel Partner. New-comers are given early access to hands-on experience on Projects. Ideal place for Workaholics & for Freshers to start with. Engineers given Free-hand to handle & execute Projects. Firm is Committed towards Hard-working. Well furnished & descent interiors.

Dislikes

Company is in Growth phase hence distributed work, Team work & work-life balance are poor to average. High Work pressure &, multi-tasking & at times lack of onus by colleagues adds to it further on Seniors. No on-job training for freshers, hence seniors have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes. No gratuity, some have left without it. Compensation, incentives & increment are poor to average since firm couldn't afford for, beyond this. No work recognition in terms of Awards or Credits by Company & Clients. No to Delayed post elevation. Underestimating the work/issues & ignorance, at times, by Higher authorities, Managers & co-workers leads to project execution at the cost of Self-respect. Often same Application to be dealt with, with minor-major modifications in each Projects....Read More

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
