HORRIFIED!! Such a terrible work environment i was in the vistara reservation department and let me tell 1- my trainer was terrible had such a horrible attitude ,she would pass personal remarks and give no respect to u or ur personal life what do ever . She would constantly try to insult us and pretend we are good for nothing , constantly threaten to fire us. 2-when i stepped on the floor few days of nesting i realised the supervisor talk to as if u are their Buttler and would ask anyone to bring them tea ,water or coffee, literally had no manners to talk , and we're not ready to help u at all . If u go to them asking for help they would simply say "mujhe itne pese nahi dete ye k m tm sbki suni " OR " mere pass mt aoo khood se kro jo trainer ne seekhaya h " OR they would simply ignore u and ur request. 3- no work culture ,no job security they will traumatize you . Almost everyone is friendly and supportive. Leave approval is comparatively easy. After sales closure you'll get stay at any ITC's 5 star hotels.
