There is very wonderful experience in Pratibha Enterprise. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, i got highly experience in accounting. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow and we have to give extra time for completing work.

Promotions - Poor

Work Details

Computer based Accounting, stock in and stock out tracking, cash tracking, balance sheet, account mantainance etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
