Fantastic! Pratian Technologies have a very unique working environment, which perfectly suits the fresher's mindset and I love it. As a fresher, I want a challenging, thriving, and fast company to learn skills fast. Coming from an ECE background, Initially, during my training period, it was a little bit difficult to understand how the software works, but once I got a grip on it, I felt very happy while solving actual Problems. It's all about time and opportunities, and you will find both in Pratian even as a fresher. After my training period, I was about to get placed in our client company, but I liked the environment of Pratian Technologies and I wanted to stay in this company. I approached the management to share my views on the company and ask whether I can be a part of it and I am extremely happy that our CTO accepted to take me into the company. I started working as a Full Stack Developer on one of our UK client projects, It was very challenging to solve problems, understand client requirements, R&D, commit timelines, and achieve results. I understood that technology is only one dimension of software development. Soon after that, I got interested in DevOps and wanted to learn that, with the help of our senior employees, I learned it. I am currently working on multiple projects as a DevOps Engineer. The Skills I learned here are very important for my career. I interacted with at least 350 - 400 people in the past year, which helped me to convert into an open-minded person, and improve my communication. Our higher Officials sometimes are only available after working hours, due to their tight schedule. It is difficult to work sometimes. But, if you are a person to learn new and is flexible, this is not an issue.

I personally think that they are scammers. They will conduct not 2-3 rounds but 5-6 interview rounds but still not give you the offer letter saying that you will first need to complete their training. Who gives training first and then do shortlisting, pretty suspicious right? Isn't that opposite? Their so called boot camp and traning is below mediocore in my opinion. They say that you will need to turn on your camera and wear formals for training sessions in order to get shortlisted and get adjusted to future which does not make any sense. I mean why would anyone join your daily 11am to 5:30pm sessions with the video on and solving mediocre sessions without any money for a month. If you get something new to learn then that would have been at least fine but you learn nothing here. Instead they ask you some easy questions. They would tell you that after getting shortlisted I would work with GE Healthcare but it is not really the case. It is working under Pratian Technologies and who knows what they do in their company? I discussed these things with the other innconent people who were joining these sessions and we all came to conclusion that they are probably scammers after checking reviews. After reading some review here, it became clear to me that they are going to ask me to pay the money and sign some slave contract sooner or later. So we all thankfully quit. I regret that I wasted a lot time for nothing but I hope by reading this review at least you all will be cautious especially with that trainer and HR. I think they will also try to convince you to rejoin their so called training sessions and will provide you false dreams but if I were you, I would not listen to them....Read More

1. Worst tutorial, they force us to learn from YouTube. 2. Fake promises, they don't keep their words. 3. Scam, they are the real scammers, they took loan in our name because it was a internship based hiring and the fee was 2 lack. They took that money from an NBFC and now telling us to paythe loan , where they have stated in the offer letter that there'll be 6 months of training, after that I'll be an associate software engineer</mark>. But they scammed us, thy didn't provide any 6 months. We just wasted our 6 months , and after that they extended 2 more months, now totally 8 months are over...still we are unemployed. There are almost 400+ unemployed students who got scammed like this in the pratian. Now our situation is like...we have to pay the loan that they have taken with our documents, but they've not given neither training nor job. where should i suppose to die now ?...Read More
