They teach you a lot about Democracy, Politics and new Acts which are passed. Everything related to BMC and councillors is told. Also you get to attend GBMs. Since I was a fellow I got paid.

Nothing as such of grave importance.

Work Details

The office is really nice. Commute is easy. Mostly I was doing work at my allocated ward. I had to report every week at office whom I met and what we talked about i.e. councillors. Also keep a record of it through Excel sheet , teaches accountability.
