It's a very good institute who is providing an internship to students. So that students will get a platform to improve their skills and knowledge. I have done two real time project in Pragmatic Solutions. One is by using Java technology and another is by using Hadoop technology. I got excellent experience in both of the projects. During the project work I enjoyed a lot.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
