I would likes this company policies and benefits,and even also I have seen management is so much good for to all employees... and good environment...

I have been faced every month salary problem,it's coming too late..at Date of 8 th or 10 th it's coming my salary but I can't paying EMI or others payables..Room rent, electricity etc..

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
