I cannot think of anything to fill here, the company culture is bad, very bad. Maybe the CTO's attitude towards employees or I should say towards certain employees is one good thing about the company but that is also subjective

Company's culture is bad, the CEO wants to do so many things but does not know how to do it and does not even empower employees to do so, then complains about it. No respect for employees' skills and experience, unrealistic expectations, you will be hired for a different skill but will be expected to be an expert in an absolutely different area, and the worst part you will be assessed on irrelevant skills, CEO is not open for new ideas, he wants to get things done his way but he himself is not sure what he wants to do and keeps changing the requirements every time, the worst and extremely unprofessional HR team who works for few people in top management and not for employee welfare, they will delay the appraisal for no reason, you have to remind them again and again and they will give lame excuses but still appraisal won't happen, a lot of internal politics in the management. Not a place for experienced professionals as their skill and experience is not respected, a fresher or entry level professional can consider from learning perspective, but not a place to stay and grow in career....Read More

Flexible working hrs means no work life balance. Have to co ordinate with team members even though you are having lunch Salary is credited to account on 20 of the subsequent month Senior are always busy not available to help No proper rnd on new technologies before applying
