I have been working here since last 1.5 yr and I have observed that upper management is so supportive in every sense. At the time of joining I knew its a start up and it will going to be a demanding job, which includes extra time and support, I did my best and got promoted in just 6 months. I have seen people taking appraisals twicea year which usually is not a practise in corporates. Management teaches you like a teacher not only to the employees but to the candidates who are coming to interviews as well, whether they got selected or not but surely they will go home leaning something new.
