Work culture in powergrid is very good for all Employees, Management and Company policies is best but Job security was not good for me because I had worked as Contract Executive cader (Field Engineer)

According to my Experience powergrid is very good working place for every one but only one thing I dislike.if some one has Knowledge, Experience and working as Contract Employee than no scope for Regularise.

Work Details

I had Envolved with Construction of line and Substation, Operation and Maintenance of Transmission Line upto 765kv and 500kv HVDC T/L, and I had Envolved with both AIS & GIS and Billing of diversion T/L also. In powergrid work life was best for me
