Dating back to 2010, Salary was less, they never value experienced guys, no offs on sat and sun, if we have to get off we have to work for the previous sat and Sunday.

Luckily I was in a better team, however all other team gives torture.

Dislikes

HR and Management is really poor. I was having health issue and couldn't serve notice period. For that they have asked 85k compensation, however their offer letter only said 1 month salary should be given for not serving notice period. I've worked for 2.5 years and because of bad behaviour from HR and management I have not got experience letter. Worst company ever and worst management that I have seen. Sorry to say, but employees are not the priority only money for the corp like this....Read More

The company provides accommodation. Also, it has a canteen with fixed menu ( I personally didn't like the food as I am not a Keralite).

- Good training - good co-workers - if no attitude problem, then there is job security. You can work till your eyes and hands work properly - Till Team Lead you can grow - Even though starting salary is low, they give good hikes - Work environment is good - They provide Food and accommodation. One negative thing about this company is : Very poor salary. The teammates, people are awesome to work with. I don't know about job security, but its kind of OK, Still there are outdated technologies being used. Work life balance as a person doing in rotational shift is awful. So it can't be pointed out as a disadvantage of the company, rather its a disadvantage of the Job. Also freshers are treated very badly. You get only one day off per week for 6 months. Every single employee, that is not one in the QA team or managerial team, agree that joining the company was a mistake. Best company to join if you don't have a life and wish to die early.

Providing food but takes 5000 from salary. If the employee is not in company accommodation they also take some charges.

Dislikes

No senior staff for Training.Working with juniors so quality of work is very poor. Worst HR Department Worst Team leaders. Not giving salary as per the offer letter. So many deductions in salary. Mental pressure and work pressure are very high. Girls are crying in front of team leaders. Terrible night shift. No motivation for employees. Employees should sign 2-year bond.
