Luckily I was in a better team, however all other team gives torture.

HR and Management is really poor. I was having health issue and couldn't serve notice period. For that they have asked 85k compensation, however their offer letter only said 1 month salary should be given for not serving notice period. I've worked for 2.5 years and because of bad behaviour from HR and management I have not got experience letter. Worst company ever and worst management that I have seen. The company provides accommodation. Also, it has a canteen with fixed menu ( I personally didn't like the food as I am not a Keralite).

Company infrastructure, food, Earlier there was no festive leaves but later on festive leaves were given by reducing casual leaves.
