“Poornam” is the Sanskrit term for “Complete”. Our objective here at Poornam is to provide “Complete” solutions to our customers. Poornam Info Vision Pvt. Ltd was founded in November 1999 based on the simple idea that if we built a company that was a great place to work, we would be able to attract great talent. If we had great talent, any project or service we sold would delight our customers. We listen to our customers and improve, always go that extra mile for our customers, suggest solutions to help our customer’s business grow, make sure our employees get the best work environment and make sure we hire the best talent. Poornam was founded by just 2 engineers, but within a decade, it grew to a company of over 300 engineers. Our engineers are selected from the very best engineering colleges around the country, with recruitment drives held frequently to ensure a constant inflow of eager young minds. Besides allowing us to take on more customers, this also helps Poornam maintain its young and multicultural environment. You’ll never grow old at Poornam! Our corporate office is located in Kakkanad, Kochi. This office currently has a built-up area of 12,800 sq. ft., with the capacity to scale to 65,000 sq. ft. Poornam has also established offices in Pheonix, U.S.A. These offices were established to cater to our growing customer base in Europe and the USA. These offices handle Poornam’s “Phone Support” services marketed under the “Bobcares” brand name. In our constant quest to ensure the highest levels of quality and security, in the services offered to our customers, Poornam has achieved ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2013 certifications. These ISO standards ensure that we are constantly improving ourselves. We at Poornam strongly believe in giving back to the community that has helped us grow so much. We encourage all our employees to “give back” in any way possible. Financially, through our MITR(Making Intimate Relations) program, that dedicates itself to charity work and community service. Or by contributing to the multitude of open-source/free software communities online.
