The workplace is flexible, relaxed and there is freedom to pitch new ideas. I personally like the cross-training sessions provided as they are very helpful to get industry insights. The growth here is also real and if you perform, you will get ahead.

I work in the Kolkata office and it looks awesome. The salt lake location is a great idea as it is the core of IT hubs. You get many chances to work with experienced professionals and meet talented people here.

I've been working here for 2 years and I can confidently recommend working here. The team is young, talented and highly skilled. You will get to advance skills and work with great clients. The overall work environment is also employee-friendly with lots of benefits and fair rewards for all.

This is so far the best place I ever worked. The Vega HR system is awesome and gives fair chances to everyone. There are also lots of good policies for employees like health insurance, paternity leaves and flexibility to work.

Considering covid sudden outbreak, we all were permitted to WFH by the company. During that time, company assisted us with essential resources, so that we could work without any interruption. But, even with such a support from our superiors, we had to go through few challenges. But slowly everything was clear, and we became used to handling such situations on routine basis.
