Just a bunch of fraudsters trying to make money unethically.

Have no complaints on leaves. Company offers us - Maternity leaves Paternity leaves Covid leaves, etc... For now, in total, we are given 20 days of total leaves, which I believe are more than enough. Also, in case, you don't use your leaves, you get the benefit of leave encashment. So, think company maintains absolute fairness when it comes to leaves.

I have been associated with this company since the start of my career. They have a healthy and fun work environment. Talent is nurtured with care. Upper management help people grow irrespective of the roles in the organisation. The culture of helping each other is very strong here. Also everyone is very approachable in case of any queries. They have a very strong training mechanism also.

Some of the policies needs upgrade. The company is growing rapidly and the policies are getting updated accordingly.

Looking back, i can definitely say that it has been a complete learning curve for me all through. Reaching this position has been possible due to the constant guidance and support from the seniors and the higher management. Striving to pass on my experience and knowledge to my subordinates.
