1) No projects, only support work 2)Worst HR management system, no replies from their sides 3)Cross competency trainings just to divert you from all that you have learnt. 4) Salary on 7th day of next month 5) No office space, just coworks where everyone settle around each other. 6) No employee oriented policies

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
