I joined as associate consultant.in cheenai.but in Chennai work culture was not good.but in same company Mumbai culture is too good.

Nothing to like much as I never worked with Polaris people or in their premises. I was working for JPMC as senior consultant on payroll of Polaris.

Dislikes

Polaris owe me APDP component (around 1 lac) that they promised me in written whenever JPMC decides to absorb me on their payroll. Written promise was given by recruiter Rahul Gaikwad. After 9 month of service JPMC decided to absorb e on their payroll and I initiated request for payout of APDP component as promised. Both Rahul Gaikwad, Subham Benerjee & Sarath Ram (last reporting managers) rejected the request for APDP component which I deserve. It was worth around 1 lac. It was a shameful act for a company like Polaris now Virtusa. I will never recommend Polaris or Virtusa to anyone even if not dear to me.
