I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Working at EON IT Park d wing, Company managers are not responsible for anything, client is god for them, they'll do whatever client tell them without dicussion with employees. Worst office culture no proper sitting arrangement, many desks are allocated inside managers cabin which seems pathetic. Increments are better than mass recruiters like TCS, IBM, Tech M etc. But job security is a concer if you do not want to move out of NCR region.

Virtusa has only few client in NCR region. So they have very limited projects in NCR region.So if you want to stay in NCR region then job security is a concern.You should be flexible enough to move to any location .
