Working at EON IT Park d wing, Company managers are not responsible for anything, client is god for them, they'll do whatever client tell them without dicussion with employees. Worst office culture no proper sitting arrangement, many desks are allocated inside managers cabin which seems pathetic. HR are of no use they don't know anything about company or policy, they didn't even bother or remember any meetings to attend.
