Working at EON IT Park d wing, Company managers are not responsible for anything, client is god for them, they'll do whatever client tell them without dicussion with employees. Worst office culture no proper sitting arrangement, many desks are allocated inside managers cabin which seems pathetic. HR are of no use they don't know anything about company or policy, they didn't even bother or remember any meetings to attend. VIRTUSA as such is good company with nice working environment. Evening snacks at VIRTUSA office. No tracking at micro level which makes everyone's life easy.

If you have to work at client location then your life might be tough based on client. HSBC is one of the horrible clients to work with. No transport facility unless it is project specific.

The upper management here at Pune are so jobless to the extent that they are only worried about checking employees dress codes and not aiming at expanding business. Ive never worked with such upper heads of this sort.
