Good projects are not allocated for non computers , for fresher not ready to provide learning,simply put as shadow and will not enhance your learning so the idea is you will not be able to lear to move away from company.

Increments are better than mass recruiters like TCS, IBM, Tech M etc. But job security is a concer if you do not want to move out of NCR region.

Virtusa has only few client in NCR region. So they have very limited projects in NCR region.So if you want to stay in NCR region then job security is a concern.You should be flexible enough to move to any location .
