In case if you have decided to join Pluto7 requesting you please don't get impressed by their variable structure it's a scam. Once you joined the company since then forget about any appraisal and variable payout. For example - if you will ask your variable and increment after one year then HR and higher management will raise question mark on your performance. If you're not asking appraisal or variable means you are a Ideal and good employee. WFH option is here but forget about your personal life. Today you have joined as a XYZ position...
