If you're lucky then you will have your chances of learning which is the case with any start ups anyway!

1) The leadership definitely needs to be more aware, aligned and in sync with its people 2) Extreme biases and favouritism that prevails so if you're lucky to be in the good books of the leadership or know someone, you are up for a lottery here 3) No streamline process of hikes or increments. Anyone gets a hike at any time without any reason but because 'someone' in the higher up feels so it is right 4) Quality of work is compromised. Feels like it is quantity over quality 5) Unrealistic pressure from the top without any clear understanding or visibility on the general process 6) Tooooo many layers of approvals that only hampers efficiency and builds redundancy 7) Advantage of power or position by those in leadership positions 8) Unreasonable and unfair PIP process only. The employee is made to suffer as a result of employer having an upper hand....Read More
