Key Responsibilities :

Test Strategy & Planning :

- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for various software components.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and define testing criteria.

Test Automation Development :

- Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for APIs, web applications, and mobile platforms.

- Ensure integration of automated tests into continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Manual Testing :

- Perform manual testing for complex scenarios that are not covered by automated tests.

- Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.

Performance & Load Testing :

- Conduct performance, load, and stress testing to assess system reliability and scalability.

- Analyze test results and work with development teams to optimize performance.

Quality Assurance Advocacy :

- Promote best practices in software quality assurance within the development team.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and adherence to quality standards.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software testing.

- Propose and implement improvements to existing testing processes and tools.

Requirements & Skills :

Technical Proficiency :

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, Appium, or similar.

- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured.

- Understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitLab CI.

Analytical Skills :

- Ability to analyze complex software systems and design effective test strategies.

- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Communication & Collaboration :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
