- Work life balance is good. - You get to take sick leaves as per need. - Working hours are flexible. - Pay is as per market standards. - Breakfast, Lunch, and Snacks are provided daily. - Engagement initiatives like Cricket matches, Foosball tournaments, Diwali celebration, etc. to keep employees happy and connected

Work-related: - Scope of learning is less. - Work is pretty boring and substandard given what you would get to do as PMs in other companies. - Very little importance is given to innovation and creativity. - Pace of work and decision-making is very slow for a startup. Management-related - Company culture has taken a hit in recent times with management changes. - Most of the management is very inexperienced and don't have a great deal of idea about what they want to build. It's pretty much about copying what competitors have done. - Founders have no role in the company's operations. As of now there is nothing to like about this company

I was working in Pixis for last 4 years and I gave best performances back to back even during the critical period of my life....I worked till late to avoid late deployments and I also help some features get better...innitially the work culture and environment was very nice there...but suddenly it got bad and then one day I got call from Hr that your position is no longer needed to company.... So even if you perform well it is not sure that you are safe and company will think about you in return of your service...Read More
