Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data and insights to drive customer growth success and marketing Strategies
- Play a key role with respect to goal setting and strategy for all the accounts and tracking the success of Pixis solutions provided to the customer
- Act as an AI marketing solutions expert in order to identify, create, and implement marketing solutions to achieve measurable business results for our partners
- Design metrics and measures for determining the ROI on Pixis products and become an evangelist for all Pixis products by educating clients on product solutions and best practices
- Effectively address customer satisfaction and manage a diverse set of issues until resolved.
- This will include coordinating internal resources that interact with each customer
- Understand and assess customer requirements, level of adoption of the service and assess the risk in renewing the current contract
- Build thorough understanding of client's brand, business, customers and competitive landscape and provide strategic guidance in building requisite digital marketing initiatives.
- Develop industry best practices, media strategies and benchmarking initiatives for various business use cases.
- Conduct knowledge sharing sessions with team members whenever needed, develop analytical frameworks and research protocols.
- Managing the entire customer experience, upselling/cross-selling, and maintaining the hygiene of net promoter score.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven track record of hitting and overachieving retention and growth targets.
- Prior experience in Digital Marketing and understanding of Media channels like Google, Social Media, Programmatic buying, etc and analytic tools such as Omniture, GA, Appsflyer, Kochava etc.
- Achieving revenue targets for customers on timely basis.
- Problem solver who can independently translate high-level goals into actionable plans.
- Be able to multitask, prioritize, rapidly iterate and manage communications with different functions in a fast-paced startup environment
