Work-related: - Scope of learning is less. - Work is pretty boring and substandard given what you would get to do as PMs in other companies. - Very little importance is given to innovation and creativity. - Pace of work and decision-making is very slow for a startup. Management-related - Company culture has taken a hit in recent times with management changes. - Most of the management is very inexperienced and don't have a great deal of idea about what they want to build. It's pretty much about copying what competitors have done. - Founders have no role in the company's operations. None of them are active anymore. - A lot of politics and toxicity in the upper management.

Dislikes

I was working in Pixis for last 4 years and I gave best performances back to back even during the critical period of my life....I worked till late to avoid late deployments and I also help some features get better...innitially the work culture and environment was very nice there...but suddenly it got bad and then one day I got call from Hr that your position is no longer needed to company.... So even if you perform well it is not sure that you are safe and company will think about you in return of your service

- Very few Benefits for employees(Cant think of anything except health insurance) - Overall Good, can’t think of any dislikes :p

It is an absolute nightmare to work here. The management is super young, in experienced and lack the mental toughness and perspective.

Dislikes

- Inexperienced bosses - super young, lack of experience, mindless tantrums and zero marketing experience. They are heavily dependedent on external agencies to set the narratives and execute tasks

No Hierarchy system. A culture that's not seen in Many workplaces. Nice company to be a part of.

Dislikes

2 months notice is a long time to stay at an organistaion that you plan to leave. Apart from this everything else is good enough as this is a startup.
