Summary :

- Pixis AI is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and core DevOps fundamentals.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using best practices.

- Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters (EKS) for production workloads.

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, ArgoCD etc.

- Implement and enforce infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.

- Optimize container orchestration, networking, and security in Kubernetes.

- Automating repetitive tasks to improve team efficiency.

- Monitor system performance and automate scaling strategies using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch.

- Optimizing cloud resources and implementing cost-effective solutions.

- Implement security best practices, including IAM, VPC, security groups, and compliance policies.

- Configure and manage AWS Security Hub, Guard duty etc to centralise and prioritise security findings across AWS accounts.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, deployments, and networking.

- Collaborate with development teams to streamline application delivery and improve system reliability.

Requirements :

- Strong expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, VPC, etc.

- Strong expertise in Kubernetes (EKS), ArgoCD and Helm charts.

- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and automation.

- Good experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - Terraform.

- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go.

- Deep understanding of Linux systems, networking, and security.

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).

- Knowledge of container security, RBAC, and secrets management.

- Experience with AWS security hub, guard duty and implementation of security best practices.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure proper teamwork.

Good to have :

- Certification in cloud platforms like AWS certified DevOps engineer or AWS certified Solutions Architect.
