Job Overview :

Our organization is searching for a Senior DevOps Engineer with minimum 4 to 6 years of experience to lead our group of IT specialists in maintaining and improving our software infrastructure.

You'll collaborate with software engineers, QA engineers, and other IT pros in building, deploying, automating, and managing the software infrastructure.

As Senior DevOps engineer you will also be responsible for setting up CI/CD pipelines, monitoring programs, and cloud infrastructure.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with software developers, quality assurance engineers and IT professionals to guarantee smooth deployment, automation and management of software infrastructure.

- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for websites, software applications and environments.

- Create and maintain monitoring systems to guarantee high availability and performance for website and software applications.

- Build, manage and enhance cloud infrastructure for websites in AWS, Azure, and GCP.

- Automating software deployment, configuration, and upkeep processes.

- Troubleshoot software infrastructure issues and collaborate with the team to resolve them.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, then utilise them to enhance your software infrastructure.

Requirements and Skills :

- Graduate/post-graduate degree in Computer Science or related field.

- With 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related fields.

- Experience in building pipeline and managing it for websites deployment and maintenance.

- Experience with building continuous integration/delivery tools.

- Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP and automation with latest industry best practices and standards.

- Experience with building and managing infrastructure and network for websites hosting, maintaining and monitoring (LAMP Stack and Windows).

- Excellent scripting skills in Bash, Python or Ruby, etc.

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools.

- Experience in optimising performance and ensuring security of the hosted websites.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, incident management skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Acquaintance with software development processes and methodologies.
