Key Responsibilities:

- Pixis is seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR team.

- This role will play a critical part in attracting and recruiting top talent to support our growing organisation.

- This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for talent acquisition and a drive for excellence to contribute to the success of Pixis.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from posting job openings and conducting interviews to extending offers and onboarding new hires.

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Utilise applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports.

- Collaborate with HR team members to continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and practices.

- Assist with employer branding initiatives, including creating job descriptions, career site content, and recruitment marketing materials.

- Stay informed about market trends, best practices, and innovations in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements & Skills:

- 3-6 years of experience in Technical Recruitment.

- Experience in working with Software Product Organisation is Preferred.

- Strong understanding of End to end recruitment processes, hiring strategy, and best industry practices.

- Excellent sourcing, screening and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.

- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, job boards, and social media.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and team members.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and results.
