Senior Technical Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- Identify and source qualified IT professionals using various methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and expectations.
- Facilitate the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends in the United States.
- Have a good understanding of US visa types and tax terms.
- Utilize job boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Ceipal (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on US-based roles.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Ceipal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
