Honestly and brutally nothing. There is no job security and once you have your yearly appraisal cycle, rather than giving appraisals they usually have a habit of firing people.

Everything. I brought a lot of business for the company through my bids but the company fired me at the time of appraisals.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
