The Middle management has kept the top level in dark, no proper B2B sales is done, the Company and the culture is great,the RM in Mumbai, try to pressure you for no reason, treat like you cant do anything or you are not fit for the job but in reality the RM ENJOYS the missery that he embeds in your mind, the sadist nature is only responsible for the loss of manpower in North and Western Zone

No proper goals to work. No proper planning or direction for working. Creating hurdles to do business for Sales Team. West & North Region Head is really a physco and had no way for working or sense to understand of doing business.

Once, It used to be a very good company close to my heart, but then came an era of so called, "building leaders". Any individual who gelled well with and waged his/her tale in front of manager, was the next manager.
