Really good work culture and a very healthy work environment which gives a good work life balance. Teammates are all very helpful, supportive and very good friends. Never had to worry about office politics or things like that in my experience. Various activities such as team outings and anniversary parties scattered across the year are small but very nice things to have. Teammates are gold and wouldn’t trade them for anything else. It’s my first company and I had the chance to work in multiple large projects which has given me a good exposure to large number of different technologies which enabled me to learn a lot of things in a very short time. Being a fresher, we received top notch training which enabled to us to work as independently without much difficulty. My personal favourite would be the large number of cultural and sports activities which has that the company conducts every year which really improves the employee morale. There is a service agreement for freshers for 2 year 10 months, but it includes on job training and time goes very fast, So it hasn’t been an issue for me.

Being the first company for me , PIT Solutions has given me such good exposure and opportunities to work with the latest technology along with a stronghold in the basics of development that just in one year I can look back and see the improvement. The big thing is the way in which they recruit people. Its not just based on what you know about a technology, they take into account the way you can approach a task and also the caliber for adapting to new ones. The highlight is the sense of security you feel here, it's always like people are there to help you along the way to acquire new knowledge as well as honing and perfecting what you already know. Then comes all those cultural and entertainment activities to get involved ; for me all those were times when I feel myself as someone back in college. First thing came to my mind when i think about pits is "Best place to work". Work life balance is awesome in pits. Work pressure, micro management, politics etc are very minimal, so we could do our job efficiently . Like in our school days , pits have sports and other competition throughout the year. All my previous organizations doit just for name sake. But in pits What surprised me most is the participation. Managers or senior level employees are also participates in all this events.
